Who we are

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Automation Vita LLC (“Automation Vita,” “we,” “us”), which owns and operates Smart Value Direct (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Subscription payments are made to Automation Vita LLC and may appear on your card statement as SMARTVALUEDIRECT.

Accounts & subscriptions

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe per the plan you select; you can manage or cancel from your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t redistribute, resell, or scrape the reports, or use the service unlawfully. Content is for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Vita LLC (including the Smart Value Direct service) is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the service.
